First time mum here, and saying that I was terrified about leaving my boy (11 months) to someone else's care after practically living completely isolated due to covid, it's an understatement! When I met Jo for the first time, I was already feeling better! Not only the setting is amazing but she gave us immediately a sense of great professionalism while still being friendly and approachable. Our work situation it's not the easiest regarding planning and she showed from the beginning to be flexible and understanding and really wanted to do everything in her power to help us. She kept in contact to update us with procedures and improvements till we finally decided to start with settling. Barely 5 minutes after we left for the first session, we already received a picture of our LO smiling and enjoying the new environment. Even if the baby was absolutely chilled and having fun all time, she still kept us informed of how the day was going and sent us some pictures in the mean time to keep our mind at ease.

There's always some new activities planned, giving the chance to discover and learn while having fun. They're very inclusive of other cultural backgrounds and for us that's absolutely brilliant. Our boy loves animals (he's always surrounded by them at home) so he (and us too) was amazed by the presence of the furry friends. Baby settled pretty much immediately in the 2 sessions we had on the first week and enjoyed every minute of his days and we couldn't be happier!

A big thank you to Jo for making our little mans first Settling In Day happy, welcoming and filled with fun activities. We were worried he may have cried when we left him but as soon as he caught sight of the trucks, diggers and balls he didn’t even know I’d left the room and was happily playing with Jo. Thank you for putting us, mum and dad at ease and making his first time with you so enjoyable

We couldn't be happier that we've managed to get our 17 month old little boy a place with Jo as she's just reopened. Her house is stunning and the playroom is perfect for any child to explore. There's always new activities set up and so many toys for them to play and learn with. Her dogs are friendly and our boy loves watching them, following them round or shouting at them in the garden! As a first time mum, I was so anxious about who to leave my child with. Everything about Jo is professional, friendly and welcoming. She put me at ease instantly and is great at communicating throughout the day, so I always know what they're up to. She has a real personal touch and I honestly already feel part of her family. I know we've picked the perfect place for our little boy to play, make friends and learn with Jo.
